This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Utah Agile. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g. sending information you requested).

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about events, opportunities, or changes to this privacy policy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Our website contains a voluntary Subscribe Form. The single data input field requests an email.

Subscribe Form

When a site visitor enters an email into our Subscribe Form, that email is automatically added to our Wix Contact List. This is a distribution list for emails containing community updates.

We don’t share any data with anyone. The email a visitor submits through our Subscribe Forms on our website will only be used to send you information about upcoming events or other information we think will be interesting to you as a member of this community.

How long we retain your data

If you subscribe, your email is retained indefinitely. If you unsubscribe via clicking that option in a Utah Agile email communication, your email is tagged not to receive further communication.

Where we send your data

We do not send Contact List information anywhere.

Subscriber emails are stored in a Wix “Contact List” application. Our website is hosted by Wix, a GDPR compliant service (read more).

We notify all involved when we receive any notice of possible breach from our website provider.

What third parties we receive data from

We don’t receive any data from third parties, other than Wix Analytics.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

When someone enters an email into our Subscribe Form, an automatic, welcome communication is sent to the email entered. The welcome email communication includes a link to unsubscribe.
